Wall mirror, 1675, of ebony, decorated with floral marquetry in various woods and ivory, some of which is stained green, at Ham House, Surrey. It has a convex frame decorated with floral marquetry of scrolling acanthus leaves. The elaborately shaped cresting is decorated with floral marquetry with birds flanking an emperor’s head surrounded by a wreath of oak leaves and surmounted by a ducal coronet.
